Many of our cleaners have decades of experience in the cleaning industry and have worked in various cleaning environments, from offices to apartments.
We employ local Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Foreign Workers who hold a Work Pass. Even though our cleaners have diverse backgrounds, they are trained and licensed to perform high-quality home cleaning duties. We strictly check the legal work status of our cleaners with ICA before we deploy them to take on jobs.
No. Many part-time maid agencies require you to pay a $300 agency fee, but we don't ask for any fees from our clients. We will only charge you the rate per hour that we quote you. You can start a cleaning contract with us whenever you want, and if you'd like to take a break, you can stop at any time.
We suggest that clients provide their own cleaning equipment for hygiene purposes - imagine a cleaner using a mop at your house that has mopped 50 other bathrooms. If you don't have equipment, we can provide you with a list of recommended equipment to store at your house for our cleaners to use.
If you need us to provide equipment, we have a flat charge of $20 per session in which we need to bring it. This surchage will cover transportation as our cleaners will need to get a taxi or Grab.
Yes - we make sure to accommodate to people's busy schedules. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance so we can properly reschedule our cleaners' timetables. If you are travelling or want to pause your cleaning for a few weeks, we can also arrange this with you for no cost.
We seek to constantly improve our service by prompting clients for their feedback every month (you can also email us whenever you need). We have learnt that no two cleaning assignments are the same as customers have different expectations. For example, some people are very particular about their kitchen appliances, while others pay special attention to the handles of their cupboards.
Our cleaners rely on public transport to get to their jobs, so they are impacted by fluctuations in traffic and bus schedules. Our cleaners may arrive up to 15 minutes earlier or later than the booked time. This is especially the case if it is the first time the cleaner is cleaning your home, as she may need to find her way around the building.
There are cases when we have spare manpower, and we can send two cleaners to clean your home at once. The benefit of this is that they can do it in half the time. This is an added bonus for clients that we can't always guarantee, so please don't expect to always have two cleaners at your house.
However in cleaning assignments that are 6 hours or longer, we will send two cleaners. Cleaning is tiring work and our cleaners appreciate some help from another cleaner for these long jobs.
No problem! Just please let us know at least 3 days before your booked session so that we can rearrange our scheduling for your cleaner. We understand you may have a change of plans but please be fair to our staff.
Yes. All of our cleaners can understand and communicate in at least basic English.
Our company complies with MOH guidelines to avoid spreading disease and ensuring that our workers stay safe. We check our worker's temperature before they go out, and we they are mandated to wear masks and wash their hands between jobs and after using public transport. We have checked the living quarters and travel history of our cleaners to ensure that we are always sending safe and clean people to your home.
